Thank you for choosing WanderPassport Bottle! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order. If you have any questions, email us at info@wanderpassportbottle.com.

1. Order Processing

  • Speed: In-stock orders placed by 10 pm PT ship the same business day; all others ship within 24 hours.

  • Exceptions: High-volume periods (Black Friday, major promotions) may add 1–2 extra business days.

*Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier once the parcel has been accepted and scanned.

3. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees once it reaches your country. These charges are not included in our price or shipping fee and must be paid by you, the recipient. WanderPassport Bottle is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address errors: If you notice a mistake after checkout, contact us immediately. We can usually correct it before the order ships.

  • Returned parcels: Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped (shipping fee applies) or refunded (minus original shipping).

6. Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ calendar days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), email info@wanderpassportbottle.com. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

7. Damaged in Transit

Items damaged in transit are covered—just email clear photos of the damage and the outer box within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship a free replacement right away.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we work quickly, orders can only be changed or canceled up to 30 minutes after placement. After that, the parcel is likely already in the carrier’s system.

9. Holiday Shipping Cut-offs

We publish holiday cut-off dates each season on our homepage and checkout banner. Ordering by those dates is the best way to ensure on-time delivery.
