At Terror Prints, we sell digital products, including STL files, 3MF files, printable 3D model bundles, digital downloads, and related digital resources.

Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been completed and the files, download link, or digital access have been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, there is no physical item to return, and digital files cannot be revoked once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue receiving your files, accessing your download, opening the documents, downloading the bundle, or if you believe there is a defect with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including duplicate purchases, failed delivery, inaccessible files, corrupted files, or another verifiable issue with the digital product.
