Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; note that site functionality may suffer. For EU/UK visitors, the cookie banner allows granular choices.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax records).

7. Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify processes personal information to power our store, fight fraud, and—in some cases—help merchants with analytics or marketing. When Shopify uses your data for its own additional purposes, it acts as a separate “controller.” For details about Shopify’s handling of your data and opt-out rights, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Your privacy rights vary by jurisdiction; they may include:

  • Access / Know – request a copy of personal information we hold about you.

  • Correction – ask us to fix inaccuracies.

  • Deletion – request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.

  • Portability – obtain a machine-readable copy.

  • Opt-out of targeted advertising / “sale” or “sharing” – where applicable.

  • Withdraw consent – where we rely on consent (e.g., email marketing, certain cookies).

How to exercise your rights

Email info@wanderpassportbottle.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity. Residents of the EEA/UK may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

Marketing emails/SMS – click “unsubscribe” in any message or reply STOP to texts. Transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations) will still be sent.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) – when detected, we honour it as an opt-out of targeted advertising for that browser/device.

9. International Transfers

We and our providers (including Shopify) may process personal information in the United States, Canada and other countries where privacy laws may differ from yours. When we transfer EU/UK data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy
